Welcome to the Mom Life & All the things blog!

I am so excited to begin this journey, document my experiences and share with you all the things i’m learning along the way! Let me first introduce myself if you don’t know me. My name is Meg, I live in Long Island NY with my husband, (2) rescue pups (Chase & Ollie) and our (as i’m currently writing this) 3 month old daughter Elizabeth. I am a Certified Self Discovery Coach and own my business (Finding My Best Life) I offer one on one coaching, assessments and am working on many things behind the scenes that will be announced later this year!

I’m starting this blog because I want to be a resource for first time moms throughout their fertility journey/pregnancy and transitioning to motherhood. If you are new around here, let me share a little bit about my story. In 2022 I had my first miscarriage and it took a couple years before we got pregnant with our now 3 month old daughter. It was a long hard road to get pregnant and I learned so much. My pregnancy was also quite a struggle, I spent most of my 1st trimester in bed nauseous with no appetite. My second trimester was better but I still didn’t have any motivation or energy. My third trimester, well I didn’t make it very far into it. My daughter was born 8 weeks early! We spent 3.5 weeks in the NICU and thankfully our daughter is healthy and well but that experience taught us SO MUCH. Now we are navigating the transition to becoming parents and having a preemie baby things are a little different. My story is unique and I want to share it in hopes that it can help another mom that is in the newborn survival stage or the woman that is struggling with fertility and hopefully I can give you some hope.

I am a pretty open book and will always be honest with my opinions and experiences. I’m glad you’re here and appreciate you taking the time to hear a little bit about my story!

Please comment down below where you are from and anything you are hoping to see/hear from me! Your feedback means so much to me and I always read the comments!

Thank you so much for being here and let the journey begin!
