I offer two coaching packages with the option to continue on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. My role as your coach is to ask you the questions that encourage you to dig deeper and find the answers within. During our coaching partnership I will be there to guide you, support you, motivate you, hold you accountable and then CELEBRATE YOU. This 6 month package includes:
(24 sessions)
- Includes everything in the 3 month package
- You choose the topic each session
-Deep dive into specific areas of your life you want to grow in
Common areas include - environment, career, finance, wellness, mindset, personal development, who I am, relationships, fun, make your mark
- MBTI & Strong Interest Inventory Assessment with debrief

Each assessment comes with a 60 minute debrief session where we will review the assessment and your report to deepen your understanding of self, create an action plan for you to utilize this information moving forward and answer any questions you may have.

Nutrition Coaching
I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through (NASM) and I am a firm believer in creating a lifestyle that promotes health that is achievable and sustainable. The best nutrition plan is one that you can maintain and be consistent with. I do not believe in "diets" or "elimination" - First we need to identify any sensitivites, allergies or intolerances you may have, which foods you enjoy that also make you feel good! Then create a plan that prioritizes protein and vegetables with lots of water! Life coaching also comes into play as we address your mindset and identify any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals! I will be here to support you, to hold you accountable and to CELEBRATE you!
