Every month I offer a virtual 60-minute workshop focused on a new topic within personal development.
Common topics include: Establishing your starting point, overcoming your doubts, finding your passions, building confidence, creating your vision and so much more!
These workshops are hosted on zoom and do require registration!

Retreats
A fully immersive (3) day experience where participants are asked to push past their comfort zones and trust the process! Each retreat is custom designed and offers a variety of group and solo activities including - guided meditations, personal development mini workshops, guest speakers, wellness activities, opportunities to meet and engage with others experiencing similar journeys as you and so much more!
Everyone is encouraged to be active participants but no activity is required.
And if you know me you know there will be lots of food, music and goodie bags for you to take home!
